Long Gone Day

Christian Locke was a young rock star on the verge of superstardom.  Then he disappeared.

A year since his band’s last tour, Christian no longer opens his door.  Phone calls are ignored.  Messages are not returned.  Isolated in his loft, Christian hides from the outside world.   Despite his childhood dreams of stardom, he now spends his days getting high and remembering Layna, the girl who left him as his addiction spiraled out of control.

Determined to get her back,

Christian finally vows to overcome his demons.  But as he soon discovers, while drugs can be addictive, fame can be even worse.

As Christian struggles to save himself, old ghosts threaten to drag him back down.  Through his agonizing process of recovery, he begins to discover just how damaged he has become.  No longer able to play or write music, Christian begins to doubt his own talent, leaving him at odds with some very influential people.  In an industry where everyone wants something from you, you better have something to offer.

Caught between his dream of musical immortality and the simple happiness he has found in Layna, Christian finds himself on the verge of losing it all.  But just when the memories of his past appear to be catching up with his journey toward recovery, a dark secret is revealed that casts doubt over everything that we believed to be real along the way.
